Summer Internship Program

Our summer internship program offers undergrad and graduate students a unique opportunity to be integrated on a business team and solve real business problems through project(s) and work assignments in collaboration with your leader and dedicated mentor. Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP)

The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is geared towards graduating undergrad seniors and graduate students interested in pursuing a multi-year operations leadership rotational program. You will complete 6 months - 1 year assignments in our plant locations across the US, experiencing and learning actual leadership roles across Research and Development, Continuous Improvement, Operations Supervision, Maintainence Reliability, etc. that prepare you for a full-time Operations Leadership role at one of our plant locations. This position does require relocation throughout the program and offers the opportunity to fast track your leadership career to a plant leadership role after program graduation. Each associate will also be mentored by an Plant Director, Operations, CI, Maintainence and/or R&D Executive throughout the course of their rotational experience, adding a unique learning and development approach to ensure your success!

Recruitment for the upcoming summer cohort begins the fall prior to the program start date.
