Our heritage stems back to the early 1990s when over 1,100 entrepreneurial farm families built our state-of-the-art durum mill and pasta manufacturing plant. Roaster Operators runs high speed automated roasting equipment and manage all aspects of the roaster. They verify usage of correct roasting peanuts, blending ratios, and temperature controls. They are responsible for ensuring that our peanuts are processed accordingly to quality and safety standards. This position plays an integral role in ensuring our product meets our customer expectations.
Schedule will be Sunday-Wednesday 5pm- 5am or Wednesday - Saturday 5pm- 5am
