    As a BellRing Brands Paralegal - Corporate & Securities, you will provide timely and effective legal support to the General Counsel and clients and will collaborate with other internal stakeholders to manage corporate governance, ensure public company securities compliance, support the BellRing Brands Board of Directors and participate in or lead special projects and tasks as assigned. We are seeking applicants who have a passion for what they do, can collaborate effectively across groups and can anticipate and initiate routine legal tasks independently. The successful candidate will be collaborative, analytical, flexible and proactive. This role is based at the BellRing Brands corporate headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Travel is estimated to be minimal.


    SEC Filing Preparation: 25% of Time

  • Assist in preparation of the Company's New York Stock Exchange and SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and annual proxy statement.
  • Board and Stockholder Coordination: 25% of Time

  • Prepare agendas, memos, presentations, minutes and other materials for Board and Committee meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for Board and Committee meetings and Annual Stockholders Meeting.
  • Corporate Records and Policy Management: 20% of Time

  • Maintain corporate Company and its subsidiaries’ corporate record books and filings.
  • Maintain Company share ownership information of the Company’s directors and executive officers and prepare required SEC filings related to same, including Forms 4 on behalf of individuals.
  • Support maintenance of the Company’s insider trading policy, including tracking designated insiders and preparing periodic communication to insiders.
  • Project Work: 25% of Time

  • Lead and/or participate in a variety of cross-functional Company projects and initiatives.
  • Provide a wide range of services to Company leadership, including preparing presentations and other materials and providing administrative support.
  • Miscellaneous: 5% of Time

  • Monitor developments related to the Company’s industry, corporate governance and securities disclosures.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program preferred
  • Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal
  • Public company corporate and securities reporting experience, including public company filings in EDGAR
  • Experience supporting public company board of directors
  • Law firm or in-house legal department experience
  • Skills:

  • High ethical standards and proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Poise under pressure and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working with Workiva (formerly WebFilings) and SharePoint preferred
  • Work Environment:
