Description

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Pick up individually packaged products (egg yolk filling, egg whites, protein box items) and place into retail packaging or case packaging or case packaging for shipping.

2. Include product labels in and/or on packaging as appropriate.

3. Pick up taped cases of packaged product and place on pallet.

4. Keeping work station area clean.

5. Performing cleaning and sanitizing duties as needed.

6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Strength and balance

Physical Requirements

1. Bending & lifting up to 30 lbs. on a routine basis.

2. Moving back & forth in the packing area.

3. Working in a chilled room environment.

General Requirements

1. Always follow proper safety procedures

2. Always follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

3. Communicates immediately any issues (Food Safety, equipment, sanitation, etc.) to supervisor.
