Our heritage stems back to the early 1990s when over 1,100 entrepreneurial farm families built our state-of-the-art durum mill and pasta manufacturing plant. We quickly grew to become the third largest pasta manufacturer in North America. Today, we are proud to be an 8th Avenue Food & Provisions company. Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance Technician is a valuable role at Dakota Growers Pasta Company. Our quality technicians work directly with production employees, supervisors, and managers to sustain our food safety and plant safety culture. The Quality Technician role supports the Quality Manager and Quality Supervisor by verifying that food safety and quality practices are being applied from the beginning to the end of the manufacturing process. This is done through auditing, analytical testing, and training production employees.

Qualifications

High School or better in General or related field.
Experience

Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
Preferred
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in food related field. (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.) or 2 years Quality Assurance experience in lieu of education.
