Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience Required:
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Bachelors or better in Food Science or related field.
Ability to lead multi-faceted teams, provide clear priorities and expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Combination of project leadership and food product development experience
4 years:Experience in R&D, Food Science field or related focus
Working knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations
Knowledge of regulatory compliance for nutritional labeling
Knowledge of Food Safety - FSMA, HACCP, GMPs, etc
