Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sr Director of Compensation & HR Integration on the implementation and administration of compensation plans throughout the organization to ensure all plans and programs are aligned with corporate strategies
  • Participates in annual compensation planning to include file preparation, data audits, and merit/bonus/LTIP recommendations
  • Ensures that compensation practices follow all state and federal requirements. Directs and implements corrective action where applicable
  • Uses published surveys and internal data to evaluate and recommend appropriate compensation structure for new and existing position
  • Reviews separations/terminations ensuring final payouts are provided to payroll in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensures all requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy and delegation of authority
  • Assist HR Business Partners with compensation-related issues
  • Delivers excellent customer service to employees at all levels across departments and business units; provides timely responses in a reliable and courteous manner
  • Creates and generates monthly ad-hoc reports from the HRIS database as necessary
  • Provides miscellaneous analytical support to the corporate compensation team, as needed
  • Conducts and participates in annual compensation survey
  • Manage the job evaluation process to ensure equity, accuracy and market competitiveness
  • Supervise, train and mentor junior Compensation Analyst(s)
  • Assist with internal and external auditors for quarterly reviews and year-end audits, as well as ensures internal controls are in place and procedures are followed to satisfy periodic review of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley
  • Assists with special projects and performs additional duties as required
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • BA/BS Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ Years’ compensation administration experience
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Solid Organizational and Project Management sills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team lead
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • General knowledge of other human resource functions
  • Travel -5%
