Job Details


  1. Knowledge of how to disassemble and assemble some parts of machinery.
  2. Knowledge of cleaning tools and equipment with appropriate chemicals.
  3. Ability to apply good judgement and understanding to carry out detailed instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  4. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  5. Responsible for the maintenance of titration records, usage reports, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), and Master Sanitation Schedule.
  6. Inspects areas and introduces new ideas and procedures.
  7. Review and update sanitation procedures; develop any necessary new processes in the Seven Steps of Sanitation.
  8. Follow all SQF principles pertinent to your position as specified by the SQF Practitioner.
  9. All food safety and human safety concerns need to be reported to appropriate personnel such as shift lead, shift supervisor, QA technician, Safety Manager, FSQ Manager, etc.
  10. All other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Two or more years industrial equipment experience required
