Job Details

Description

  • Monitors control panels and adjusts valves and gates manually or by remote control to regulate flow of process water.
  • Observes variations in operating conditions and interprets meter and gauge readings and tests results to determine load requirements.
  • Starts and stops pumps, engines, and generators to control flow of process water through filtering, settling, aeration, and sludge digestion processes.
  • Maintains log of operations and records meter and gauge readings.
  • Collects water sample and conducts laboratory tests.
  • Assist with procurement and transportation of raw materials for the Production Facility.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
