The Vice President-Corporate Controller BellRing Brands is the individual principally responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for BellRing Brands, Inc., which comprises of business units including Premier Nutrition, Dymatize, and Active Nutrition International, and holding company legal entities BellRing Brands, Inc. and BellRing Brands, LLC. The Vice President-Corporate Controller BellRing Brands will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer of BellRing Brands and be responsible for general oversight of the BellRing Brands accounting team and will frequently interface with accounting teams at Dymatize and Active Nutrition International. The Company will also leverage resources at its parent company, Post Holding, Inc., who will prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes and other required information for the BellRing Brands SEC filings.
The Vice President-Corporate Controller BellRing Brands will review, implement, and monitor all accounting functions of the company following strict adherence to US GAAP, SEC and relevant international standards as well as all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the company including, Sarbanes-Oxley. The Vice President-Corporate Controller BellRing Brands will serve as the primary liaison between BellRing Brands and Post Holdings accounting team, who has responsibly for preparing consolidated financial statements and all SEC filings, and as reviewer of Post Holdings. The Vice President-Corporate Controller BellRing Brands will also coordinate the annual audit processes across all the company and interface with auditors. The Vice President-Corporate Controller BellRing Brands will be experienced in the planning and execution of growth strategies in the accounting function while working closely with the leadership team of Premier Nutrition and oversight of the accounting teams.
This role is based at the Premier Nutrition Corporation offices location in Emeryville, California and will include the VP-Controller of Premier Nutrition as a direct report. Travel is estimated to be 10% or less with primary travel to St. Louis (Post Holdings, Inc. headquarters) and other division locations (Dallas and less frequently, Munich).
MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANALYSIS: 60% of TIME
YEAR-END AND QUARTER-END CLOSURE ACTIVITIES: 25% of TIME
ACCOUNTING PROJECTS OR OTHER DUTIES: 15% of TIME
