Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global eCommerce, you will be an experienced ecommerce manager, a self-starter, leading the brand’s strategy and execution - marketing, sales, supply and finance. Key output will be a triple digit growth on the Amazon business driven by:
You will be part of a high performing, high visibility team as ecommerce is a key pillar of expansion in this business. Catalogue: 35% of Time
This is the backbone to the ecommerce business. Much of the fun in this job is the curiosity of what makes a9 tick and how to crack the code into driving our organic ranking. Our products are loved and first trial drives conversion, so discoverability is crucial!
Traffic: 25% of Time
Top of funnel (awareness) traffic could be created in the myriads of digital shopper path to purchase. Taking all the insights above to create an audience strategy, you will lead creation of search campaigns on Amazon. You will also lead strategy on leveraging events on Amazon to increase our SoV on gateway traffic.
Conversion: 20% of Time
Content and pricing is the key to convince a shopper to convert once they landed on our PDP. The insights that we harnessed from all the consumer researches will come to life here. We bring the pack to life and surprise and delight consumers with product information with value and convenience of ecommerce.
Annual Planning: 20% of Time
Leveraging all the above and creating a long-term plan on ensuring sustainable growth for PNC. In addition, create a working relationship with amazon to be the category partner and 1st supplier in mind with any beta tests.
