The Role…

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global eCommerce, you will be an experienced ecommerce manager, a self-starter, leading the brand’s strategy and execution - marketing, sales, supply and finance. Key output will be a triple digit growth on the Amazon business driven by:

  • - Insights driven metadata to power the catalogue
  • - ROAS and empirically driven traffic drivers
  • - BIC content to convert (ATF and BTF)
  • - ROI proven promotion and events
  • - Annual ecommerce planning (PNC) & JBP planning (Amazon)
  • You will be part of a high performing, high visibility team as ecommerce is a key pillar of expansion in this business.     Catalogue: 35% of Time

    This is the backbone to the ecommerce business. Much of the fun in this job is the curiosity of what makes a9 tick and how to crack the code into driving our organic ranking. Our products are loved and first trial drives conversion, so discoverability is crucial!

  • Continuous monitoring of all data sets to gather insights
  • Insights generation to improve metadata and traffic generation strategy
  • Continuous improvement of SEO titles, bullets, product descriptions and approval with regulatory
  • Continuous testing of product variation, merging/deprecation, virtual bundles
  • Item creation to drive ecommerce needs (SIOC, bundles, variety, sampling)
  • Supply excellence and matrices monitoring
  • Traffic: 25% of Time

    Top of funnel (awareness) traffic could be created in the myriads of digital shopper path to purchase. Taking all the insights above to create an audience strategy, you will lead creation of search campaigns on Amazon. You will also lead strategy on leveraging events on Amazon to increase our SoV on gateway traffic.

  • Create of audience target and learning agenda to optimize ROAS
  • Lead AMS campaign strategy and monitor buys to continuously increase ROAS
  • Strategies & execute Amazon shopping events with the correct promotional tactics
  • Monitor marketing budget of all traffic generation and reports on success against set KPIs
  • Build internal knowledge on best CTR and ROAS of external ad units via Amazon affiliate program
  • Test new ways to increase traffic on PDPs and brand pages
  • Conversion: 20% of Time

    Content and pricing is the key to convince a shopper to convert once they landed on our PDP. The insights that we harnessed from all the consumer researches will come to life here. We bring the pack to life and surprise and delight consumers with product information with value and convenience of ecommerce.

  • Create a content strategy leveraging our knowledge about our consumers
  • Bringing both ATF and BTF rich content to life
  • Collaborate with the B&C eComm manager to publish all this content out to other etailers
  • Create a sustainable, fair promo strategy to grow the business balancing channel conflicts
  • Annual Planning: 20% of Time

    Leveraging all the above and creating a long-term plan on ensuring sustainable growth for PNC. In addition, create a working relationship with amazon to be the category partner and 1st supplier in mind with any beta tests.

    What are we looking for?

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in any field
  • Experience:

  • 3+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience required
  • 1+ year of eCommerce experience from vendor or platform side required
  • Skills:

  • Highly curious and action driven behavior
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Comfortable with presenting data
  • Ability to work cross functionally
