Post Holdings’ Active Nutrition segment is a leader in providing innovative products that support healthy, active lifestyles with over $800 million in sales. Premier Nutrition utilizes a third-party network for manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. Post Holdings is comprised of the Active Nutrition portfolio, which includes PNC, Dymatize, ­­­and Active Nutrition International (protein bars, shakes and powder products), Post Consumer Brands (cereals), Michael Foods (eggs, potato, cheese, and pasta), Weetabix (cereals), private label business groups, and Bob Evans Farms (a leader in frozen breakfast meats and vegetables).

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Associate Manager, Digital Marketing is a member of the Marketing organization who will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work across our portfolio of brands including Premier Protein, PowerBar, Joint Juice, and Supreme. He or she will be responsible for developing new innovative digital programs that drive brand love and deepen our relationships with our consumers. This includes but is not limited to managing our in-house influencer programs, email marketing, and loyalty marketing programs. This person is the connection between our brands and our consumers, constantly coming up with new ways to delight our consumers and generate loyalty. The Associate Manager, Digital Marketing will be a key member of cross-functional teams and manage outside agencies in execution of digital marketing programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Influencer Marketing Strategy and Management: 45% of TIME

  • Create, present and execute brand in-house influencer strategies. Constantly look for new ways to grow the program and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage Premier Protein and PowerBar’s influencer communities, including
  • Finding, recruiting and signing influencers.
  • Work with legal team to write and review influencer partnership contracts.
  • Manage influencer communities throughout the year, making sure they fulfill contract terms, activate brand campaign and support product launches.
  • Work with brand team to align influencer activations with specific marketing initiatives and brand priorities, including experiential activations and research panel development.
  • Manage influencer contractor.
  • Email Marketing Strategy & Management: 35% of TIME

  • Responsible for creating email marketing strategy, staying abreast of competitive trends and innovations.
  • Manage our agency partners to execute and report on email marketing program success.
  • Continually look for insights and ways to improve the program.
  • Thought leadership: 10% of TIME

  • As a key thought leader on the digital team, you’ll be expected to share insights with the marketing team, broader company, and industry
  • Develop new innovative digital programs that drive brand love and deepen our relationships with our consumers
  • Budget Management: 5% of TIME

  • Manage digital marketing budgets for key channels and programs
  • Responsible for tracking invoices and rolling up budget reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Must identify variances and recommend plan of action
  • Key Retailer Marketing Support: 5% of TIME

  • Partner with sales and account specific marketing teams to create tailored digital support for key retailers
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education/Experience:

  • BA in business, marketing, or related field from accredited college
  • 3+ years marketing experience, with at least 1 year of experience in managing social media influencers
  • Skills:

  • Must be passionate about digital marketing technologies and social media; must have demonstrated area of expertise in digital marketing
  • Able to create a strategic plan and execute on discrete marketing priorities with limited guidance
  • Takes a customer-centric approach to marketing; develops ideas and solutions that address a need
  • Is accountable for tracking and reporting on areas of responsibility
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong personal social media presence
