NA Tanker Bay
Responsible for handling all tankers that arrive at the site.
Must unload product into the silos.
Responsible for pumping egg into either silos or pasteurizers depending upon the product.
Managing liquid egg inventory by applying “Run Rules” as well as CIP requirements.
Monitoring silos availability as well as tanker truck movement in the yard/tanker bay.
Understanding the requirement surrounding Allergen products and managing silo utilization based on it.
Must handle all chemicals in the tanker and silos.
Responsible for bringing sample products to the Micro Lab for testing.
Responsible for CIP pump out lines, pickup.
Must disassemble, clean and assemble production pumps.
Responsible for checking with the production supervisor the plans for the next day and coordinating the holdover in the silos.
Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
Adhere to all safety polices and procedures.
