Job Details

Description

  1. Issue work order requests based upon schedule or need and organize upon completion
  2. Input all data into SAP system in order to keep system accurate.
  3. Contact vendors for specific needs and maintain a good working relationship with them.
  4. Schedule vendors to perform duties, maintain an organized schedule, and process invoices for payments.
  5. Monitor budget constraints and allocate resources as necessary.
  6. Keep all records and analyze equipment downtime data.
  7. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions (work environment and equipment) and ensure that product integrity is intact. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be well-organized.
  • Must be able read, speak, and write English.
  • Bi-Lingual preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Ability to operate as a team member.
  • EDUCATION:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.

    EXPERIENCE:

    Must have 3 years of experience in related field.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS:

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups, customers/vendors or employees of the organization.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    REASONING ABILITY:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to del with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    None

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

    Basic SAP system skills
