DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assumes personal responsibility to insure safe and healthy workplace for everyone. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and, incorporate safety and health in all jobs and tasks. Insures regulatory compliance.
  • Adhere to Quality work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety and quality.
  • Compiles, updates, generates and distributes reports to appropriate parties. Primarily transfer Owner manuals, i.e. parts lists (BOMs) and scan drawings into system for implementation into SAP for PM reliability.
  • Assists with presentations (i.e. designs power point presentations, room set-up, projector, laptop)
  • Assists in ordering parts/repairs of plant radios, cell phones, and copy machines. Also responsible for stocking Office Break Room and Main Conference room fridge.
  • Provides back-up to the receptionist duties as needed.
  • Monitors equipment, plant projector and laptop.
  • Be actively involved in company community relations.
  • Performs other work-related functions such as supporting various plant teams and projects as needed.
  • Create PO’s for HR, Operations, & Safety
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills a must.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Print Shop)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Professionally generates and formats reports.
  • Ability to maintain records and filing systems.
  • Organized and detailed-oriented.
  • Ability to juggle a multitude of tasks.
