We are hiring at many of our manufacturing facilities; this is a great opportunity for those who are now available due to hours being cut at their regular job or being sent home from college temporarily.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive all incoming plant supplies, ingredients, and chemicals and load information into SAP computer system.
2. Responsible for all data-entry associated with inventory, including raw products for processing( shell egg and liquid egg tankers); rework products, returned products, quality status changed, and any other corrections or adjustments.
3. Perform and record daily, weekly, and monthly liquid inventory sheets to verify usage; cycle counts to verify all product, packaging, and ingredients are accounted for.
4. Compare inventory to scheduled shipments and performs cycle counts to find any discrepancies.
5. Keep contact with customers and vendors to verify shipments, and ensure satisfaction.
6. Assist with transportation problems and coordinate shipments.
7. Set up returns for damaged, aged or unshipped products.
8. Responsible for training and aiding other inventory control analysts.
9. Be able to perform duties of other Inventory Analysts.
10. Update all paperwork from transfers and returns.
11. Develop ad hoc reports for use in inventory tracking/production processing.
12. Assist Process Manager with all reporting requirements as needed; production scheduling; sequencing/creating/deleting process orders; .
13. Assist with physical inventories.
14. Perform SAP duties which require the creating and closing of all production orders on the floor.
15. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
16. Adhere to all safety polices and procedures.
