Description

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Maintain area equipment and in good working condition. Including cooling units and fans.
  • Ensure appropriate lot number is utilized for breaking. Deliver rack of eggs to the corresponding department.
  • Responsible for providing appropriate paperwork with lot numbers to proceeding department and all other corresponding departments.
  • Inspect truck loads to ensure good condition of eggs.
  • Responsible for creating a record of each load of eggs received.
  • Unload trucks, utilizing a forklift if needed.
  • Operator will be responsible for weighing and classifying loads of eggs.
  • Proper storage of eggs will need to be completed.
  • Loading of empty racks on trucks will be needed. These loads need to be properly done and inspected to avoid damage of equipment.
  • Communication is essential.
  • Paperwork is a must for this position.

    7:00am - 7:00pm
