The Sanitation Technician is responsible for cleanliness of all the equipment throughout the building.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Perform duties of cleaning and sanitizing facility by following SSOP’s.
  2. Handle chemicals according to safety rules. Wear appropriate PPE when handling chemicals.
  3. Dissemble equipment, clean all food contact and non-food contact surfaces using predetermined solution of chemicals/water using applicable sanitation tools.
  4. Perform CIP for all necessary equipment as needed.
  5. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
