Our heritage stems back to the early 1990s when over 1,100 entrepreneurial farm families built our state-of-the-art durum mill and pasta manufacturing plant. Production Supervisor-WA



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Following the production schedule
  • Communicating shift schedule/size change over information to the maintenance staff
  • Locating and understanding product formulas
  • Ingredient calculations
  • Managing employee breaks and timecards
  • Coordinating maintenance requests in the event of a mechanical issue
  • Completing production documentation
  • Monitoring and enforcing safety practices and the use of PPE
  • Ensuring that the proper production paperwork is completed by operators
  • Reviewing ways for continuous improvement
  • Training, motivating and coaching operators
  • Creating and communicating workforce schedules and managing paid time off
  • Reviewing, understanding and following all company policies and procedures
  • Enforcing GMPs
  • Overviewing and delegating sanitation tasks on the production floor
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:


  • Completion of High School or educational equivalent
  • Excellent management and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with manufacturing equipment
  • Experience in leading, supervising or managing a team
  • Preferred

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Ability to:

  • Stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Climb up ladders and balance on step stools
  • Push and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Reach over head/bend down easily
