Job Details


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep track of COGZ work orders and Preventative Maintenance (PMs)
  • Source and procure MRO parts
  • Maintain plant spare parts inventory
  • Receive invoices and distribute to appropriate parties
  • Update Purchase Order (PO) book to reflect current invoices
  • Update PO Book to reflect paid invoices
  • Participate in SRMP & other safety promotion events
  • Provide general administrative support to members of the leadership team
  • Assist in and/or execute special projects as assigned
  • Answer calls, provide information, take messages, forward calls, schedule appointments
  • File and Maintain Maintenance records according to SQF and SRMP programs
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers coming into the facility
  • Other duties as assigned

    High School or better.
